Thank you for your interest in the CWTG.

We are a group of approximately seventy members and have a programme of tastings throughout the year. These are normally held monthly in Truro, from 7.30 - 10.00 pm. Occasionally we organise additional tastings of fine wines: the cost of these varies according to the cost of the wines.

Tastings are typically attended by twenty to thirty members and usually consist of eight wines, presented by one or more members or by guest speakers. Although we are all enthusiasts, the emphasis is on informal enjoyment and assessment of the wines.

Membership of the group costs £10.00, which is a one off fee and is payable on your third tasting evening. A charge is made to cover the cost of each tasting, currently £14.00 per session, but can vary according to the cost of the wines and the number of members attending. If you would like to attend any of our tastings in the near future, do contact me and I will add your name to our mailing list for the next three months. During this time, you will be welcome as a guest, after which, if you are still interested, you will need to become a member of the group.
