We’d like to tell you about our Wine Tours in France for 2010.
We are offering tours of the AOC Cahors vineyards which produce the legendary ‘Black Wine’ from the original Malbec grape. Rich, dark and delicious the wine of Cahors remains a little-known secret gem amongst French wines and is waiting to be discovered and enjoyed by those who appreciate its bold, full flavours and smooth as velvet textures.
Our 5 day / 4 night break is fully escorted and includes accommodation in a 18th century converted barn and all meals to gourmet standards. This wine tour incorporates an introductory talk and vertical wine tasting with an English speaking Cahors wine expert plus a minimum of 4 visits to the best chateaux for tutored wine tastings and tours.
The cost of the break, which includes everything except your travel to France, is a very reasonable £795 (899 EUR) per person.
